Xingyiquan is one of the three famous internal martial arts in China, known for its direct and forceful style, imitating the forms of animals.

Five Elements Fists

  • Splitting Fist – Like an axe splitting, forceful and heavy
  • Drilling Fist – Like water drilling, sudden and swift
  • Exploding Fist – Like a cannon firing, fierce and explosive
  • Pounding Fist – Like an arrow shooting, straight to the point
  • Crossing Fist – Like a spring bouncing, flexible and changeable

Twelve Animal Forms

Xingyiquan imitates the forms of twelve animals, including dragon, tiger, monkey, horse, and more, each with its own characteristics.
